We ship throughout Europe from the Netherlands. Our webshop calculates the correct delivery costs after entering the delivery address. We ship up to +/- 900 picnic boxes via parcel service (from €7.50 – €19). We deliver larger quantities on a pallet via courier services (from €35 to €145).

Our prices are excl. 21% VAT. After payment the picnic boxes will be sent.

The boxes will be shipped after payment.

• Manually (you transfer the amount to Mollie)
• Digital (Ideal, Sofort, Bancontact, Klarna (Direct, in installments or after 30 days), KBC/CBC, Giropay, EPS, Belfius Direct Net, Paypal)
• Credit card (for orders outside the Netherlands)

For foreign orders, we transfer the VAT after checking the VAT identification number in the checkout page.

If you have a complaint about our products or services, you can contact us via info@picnickbox.nl. You will receive a letter within 14 days of receipt of the complaint
substantive response from us. If you as a business customer are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit it for mediation.
